How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at anytime by clicking on the my membership details tab on your search screen and clicking on my membership details button. On the bottom of the screen is the delete my account button. Clicking on this button will immediately cancel your profile.
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!! to cancel your (Auto Rebill) Subscription arrangement with PayPal.

***Auto Rebill see #12B Recurring Billing in our Terms of Use Agreement. If you do not cancel your subscription with PayPal your account will be charged.
After you cancel your subscription with PayPal it may take up to 24 hours before your changes are reflected at DateClassic.com.
Alternatively you can contact Customer Services and they will cancel your profile for you.

Will I get a partial refund?

We are unable to offer any pro-rated refund after cancellation of membership regardless of the term purchased or the time used.

What if I want to stay online for free?

If you decide you wish to stay online as a free trial member you are welcome to do so. Trial membership allows you to browse other members, check your matches and the gallery and see who has been browsing your profile. You can upgrade your membership by clicking here or clicking the subscribe tab.
