If you know the full username of the person you are looking for you can click on the Search By Username button located on a Search screen, type in their full username, or partial username 3 letters minimum.
If you are unable to locate somebody this way it may be because they are outside of your Controls and Search Criteria or vice versa.
If you cannot remember their username and have browsed their profile or communicated with them previously, you can use the Encounters section to locate them.

There are lots of areas within the site where you can view new and existing members. The Who's Online section is the best place to view other members. The photo gallery is another great place to look new members. There is also a just joined box located on a several screens.

If you are unable to locate somebody it may be because they are outside of your Controls and Search Criteria or vice versa. If you know that they are within your Controls and you are within your Controls, then they may have cancelled their membership or a block may have been placed against you.
